Self-Defense Seminar for College Women

College should be the best time of your life. Don't let it be the worst. Learn how to be aware of your surrounding at all times, learn how to avoid being targeted as a victim and gain confidence in being able to defend yourself.

There will be 2 separate offerings:

Saturday, July 18th: 9a-Noon(Registration Deadline July 15)
Saturday, August 8th: 9a-Noon (Deadline - August 5)

Seminar will be held at Pine Forest Martial Arts, 2963 Hwy 28 East (Garden District Shopping Center) in Pineville.

This event is open only to women. $30 per person.
