Account Executive
Duties:
Generate new advertising revenue; Maintain and service existing accounts; Monitor schedules placed with station to insure proper Schedules; Develop proposals for clients to aid them in maximizing the utility of their TV dollars; Breakout estimates on audience demographics and psychographics to devise projections of upcoming programming and develop advertising schedules; Review and update special programming materials to insure potential advertisers are made aware of upcoming events; Write copy, prepare and produce creative commercials for direct accounts; Project sales figures on a monthly basis; Responsible for collection of individual account billing. Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned.
Requirements:
Sales experience; media knowledge helpful; excellent verbal and written communication skills; valid driver's License, insurance and have a dependable vehicle; ability to lift at least 35 lbs. when necessary; and maintain a home telephone.

MASTER CONTROL OPERATOR
Shift: TBD
Duties: On Air Operations: Quality control of the programming that is being aired (this includes setting as needed). To air all local, in house, and network programming as logged. To air all local commercial breaks as logged. To air station identification on the hour and as logged. Keep a program log with the exact times the above occurred. Document any errors, omissions, additions, or discrepancies from the program log. At the end of shift fill out the discrepancy sheet, double check that all programs and transmitter logs have been signed and dated. The sending, receiving and logging of any EAS tests. The keeping of the station log while on duty. The ingesting of needed spots, PSA, Ids, and other programming as needed into the spot server.
Tape Delay Programming: Responsible for the recording of all network programming that is aired on a daily basis. Responsible for the recording of all syndicated programming scheduled to be recorded on his / her shift. The checking of all recording to be sure we have an air able tape / show to air. This includes arranging / noting on the record list any re-feeds that may be needed and the filling out of the tape log record located in the front of the tape box.
Miscellaneous Production Duties (as long as these duties do not interfere with the on duty operator's main responsibilities): The assisting with airing of the daily newscasts. The making of show, commercial and PSA dubs. The airing of all supers as needed to inform or apologize to the viewing public for a discrepancy in the station content. Various other duties as needed for specials projects and all other duties assigned by management.
